Is the all-inclusive optional?

No, the all-inclusive fee is mandatory and is paid to the resort. This all-inclusive fee includes all your meals and beverages and the luxurious service you'll enjoy. For example, in addition to your meals and drinks, a Villa consists of a cook for your breakfast, maid service, *beverage service, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, and gas for your golf cart. Besides your meals and beverages, a Junior Suite includes maid service, in-room *beverage service, and groundskeeping. The all-inclusive fee depends upon the type and size of accommodation you choose.

Why are you able to offer discounted rates?

We are Platinum Supreme Lifetime Members at Lifestyle Holidays Vacation Club. With our exclusive agreement, we can extend our membership privileges to vacationers we designate as our Special VIP Guests. We receive the highest priority regarding accommodations and restaurant reservations when we book with the Club. We extend Special VIP Guest privileges to you, giving you access to designated VIP areas, beaches, restaurants, and FREE round-trip airport transfers.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, however, we suggest you rent a safe for USD 20.00/ week to store your travel documents safely. Each accommodation has a safe, so upon arrival at the resort, you may request to rent the safe, and you will receive a key or combination.

Will we have access to areas and services for VIP members only?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you are considered VIP Special Guests. The only areas that you may not access are those specifically for Shareholders.

What currency can I use at the resort?

The resort's stores accept USD, Dominican Pesos, and Credit Cards. You can convert money in the resort lobby or from ATMs on site.

What is the power voltage in the Dominican Republic?

120 volts. The same as in the United States.

Question 8

How do we visit Ocean World?

Accepted Answer

With your booking, each person, up to a maximum of six (6) people, can obtain Ocean World entrance tickets. Let VIP services know which day you would like to visit the marine park, and they will issue you a ticket for the date you choose. A shuttle will pick you up in front of the Tropical and return you to the resort.

Question 9

Is airport and hotel transfer included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Transportation to and from the resort to the nearest airport (POP) in Puerto Plata is included as long as you send us your flight information at least 10 days before your arrival date. Two days before leaving the resort, book transportation back to the airport with VIP Services.

Is there Internet or Wifi at the resort?

Yes. There is both. There is free and paid Wifi throughout the resort.
