No, the all-inclusive fee is mandatory and is paid to the resort. This all-inclusive fee includes all your meals and beverages and the luxurious service you'll enjoy. For example, in addition to your meals and drinks, a Villa consists of a cook for your breakfast, maid service, *beverage service, pool maintenance, groundskeeping, and gas for your golf cart. Besides your meals and beverages, a Junior Suite includes maid service, in-room *beverage service, and groundskeeping. The all-inclusive fee depends upon the type and size of accommodation you choose.

No, however, we suggest you rent a safe for USD 20.00/ week to store your travel documents safely. Each accommodation has a safe, so upon arrival at the resort, you may request to rent the safe, and you will receive a key or combination.
Yes, you are considered VIP Special Guests. The only areas that you may not access are those specifically for Shareholders.
The resort's stores accept USD, Dominican Pesos, and Credit Cards. You can convert money in the resort lobby or from ATMs on site.

With your booking, each person, up to a maximum of six (6) people, can obtain Ocean World entrance tickets. Let VIP services know which day you would like to visit the marine park, and they will issue you a ticket for the date you choose. A shuttle will pick you up in front of the Tropical and return you to the resort.
Yes. Transportation to and from the resort to the nearest airport (POP) in Puerto Plata is included as long as you send us your flight information at least 10 days before your arrival date. Two days before leaving the resort, book transportation back to the airport with VIP Services.
